During the Petes game on Thursday, October 12 against the Kingston Frontenacs, staff and volunteers representing Energy 99.7, Country 105, and the Canadian Cancer Society will be collecting bras for their annual Bras Around the Building campaign.
Fans are encouraged to bring bras in support of the campaign to Thursday night’s rivalry matchup, which starts at 7:05pm. For every new or gently used bra donated during the campaign, Merrett Home Hardware Building Centre will donate $1 to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Additionally, volunteers with The James Fund will be on hand selling chuck-a-pucks in support of the local charity that raises funds for Neuroblastoma research. One lucky winner will take home an Xbox One gaming system.
In the stands will be representatives of the Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce and its affiliated businesses.
On the ice, rookie Nick Robertson faces off against his brother, Jason, of the Kingston Frontenacs for the first time in their hockey careers. The Petes will then head to Kingston on Friday before returning home to host the Sudbury Wolves in a rare 4:05pm matchup on Saturday, October 14.
Game tickets are available starting at $8 through the Collins Barrow PMC Box Office, online, or by at phone at (705) 743-3561.
