Petes Hiring Trent and Fleming Campus Ambassadors for 2018-19 Season

The Peterborough Petes are looking for energetic, outgoing, and positive Trent and Fleming students to serve as Petes Campus Ambassadors for the 2018-19 season.

The Petes Campus Ambassadors will be responsible for engaging Trent University and Fleming College students, encouraging increased attendance at games and helping these students form stronger bonds with and within their Peterborough community. Other responsibilities include attending all Petes home games, promoting the Petes on campus and in the community, supporting the sale of tickets and merchandise to their peers, supporting team initiatives, working with Petes staff to create a more exciting game experience, and participating in special team events.

“The Petes are constantly working to improve our overall game experience while engaging with younger fans,” commented Burton Lee, Executive Director of Business Operations. “The Campus Ambassadors will guide us in reaching younger fans, while also bringing new ideas to the table to make Petes hockey engaging and accessible for all.”

Petes Campus Ambassadors will be compensated with season tickets, official team merchandise, sales contests and incentives, and other perks sporadically throughout the season.


Applicants must be current students at Trent University or Fleming College. To apply for this position, applicants are asked to please submit a résumé and cover letter to with the subject line “<full name> – Campus Ambassador Application”.

The Petes Campus Ambassadors will supplement the Supporter Section, an area for energetic Petes fans to cheer loudly in their team apparel. Tickets in the Supporter Section are available for just $10.
