Updated Petes Holiday Fun Camp Gives Fans an Opportunity to Learn from Hockey Heroes

Registration is now open for the new and improved, 12th annual Petes Holiday Fun Camp, which will take place on December 31, 2017 at the Peterborough Memorial Centre. Two registration options are available, including two hours of instruction for $69.99, or four hours of instruction for just $99.99 (tax included).

Former NHL player and Petes coach Mike Duco, and six Petes players and goalies, will provide participants with the following:

  • Two to four hours of professional on-ice instruction
  • Special edition Petes camp jersey
  • One regular bowl ticket for the Petes’ home game against the Kitchener Rangers on January 1 at 2:05pm (including a post-game skate with the Petes)
  • Certificate of Participation
  • Petes dressing room tour
  • Petes player photo and autograph cards

Participants have the choice of registering for one or both sessions, with the first running from 8-10am and the second running from 10am-12pm. The Holiday Fun Camp is limited to the first sixty registrants between the ages of five and twelve years old.

“The camp is designed to reinforce the fundamentals of hockey to children ages 5-12 in a fun environment,” said Petes Sr. Coordinator of Group Ticket Sales & Service, Matt D’Agostini. “Some emphasis will be placed on proper skill development; however, our main goal is making sure all participants have fun.”

With the Petes looking to repeat as East Division champions, there’s no better time to enjoy one-on-one instruction and interaction with Petes players and coaches. Parents can register their children in the Petes Office or by contacting Matt D’Agostini by email, at 705-743-3681 ext. 257, or by filling out this form.
