Petes Announce 2022-23 Pre-Season Game Schedule

On Tuesday, the OHL announced the 2022-23 Pre-Season schedule featuring a total of five Petes games, including three home games to be played in communities outside of Peterborough. Full details surrounding each community-based pre-season game will be released in late July and August.

The final Petes pre-season home game in 2022 will take place against the East Division rival Kingston Frontenacs on Friday, September 23 at 7:05pm at the Cobourg Community Centre (CCC), and will be hosted in partnership with the CCC, Cobourg Cougars, West Northumberland Girls Hockey Association, and Northumberland Minor Hockey.

The Cobourg organizing committee will be planning several exciting events on September 23, including coaches’ clinics, community skates, autograph signings, and other initiatives in an effort to raise funds for minor hockey in Cobourg and make Canada’s sport more accessible for local youth. Tickets will go on sale starting Tuesday, August 9, 2022 through the CCC website. Priority access to tickets will be given to Cobourg minor hockey families, as well as Cobourg Cougars and Peterborough Petes Season Ticket Members.
