Petes Partner with CCM to Mentor Local Minor Hockey Players Again this Season

The Peterborough Petes, Peterborough Minor Hockey Council (PMHC), and Peterborough Hockey Association (PHA) are working together along with CCM again this season to help grow minor hockey in Peterborough and provide amazing experiences for local youth athletes.
The CCM Mentorship Program continues for the 2016/17 season, with several great benefits available to local minor hockey players and their families. Every participating player will receive:
- One adult and one child ticket voucher to attend each minor hockey organization’s special Petes game night
- PHA: Wednesday, September 28 vs. Oshawa Generals @ 7:05pm
- PMHC: Saturday, January 21 vs. North Bay Battalion @ 7:05pm
- 20% discount card at The Petes Store
- CCM baseball cap
- Two or more exclusive team practices with Petes players
“The goal of the CCM Mentorship program is to help local players realize their goals of playing at the next level while building community spirit,” noted Petes Coordinator of Marketing and Community Events. “By combining the passion and dedication of minor hockey coaches, the skill and enthusiasm of our players, and the expertise of CCM, official equipment supplier of the CHL, the Mentorship Program helps gives Peterborough minor hockey players an edge as they continue their development.”
Only a limited number of tickets remain for the Petes’ second regular season game on Wednesday against Oshawa. Season Kick-Off Packs are still available, and don’t forget to download the free Petes Mobile App powered by Kawartha TV & Stereo, available for iPhone or Android devices.
