Through California, Michigan, the GTHL and now the Peterborough Petes, well-traveled prospect Nick Robertson has grown up learning under a proven goal scorer in older brother and Dallas Stars second round pick Jason Robertson. A skillful and tenacious player, the younger Robertson overcame an early season injury to put up 27 goals, 28 assists and 55 points over 54 games in his sophomore season.

The 5-foot-8, 156Ib winger isn’t an imposing figure but he plays the game with speed and forces the opposition to give him proper respect and attention.

NHL Central Scouting describes Robertson as a player with “relentless energy and a feet-moving game who is difficult to stop without taking a penalty on him.”

Robertson enters the 2019 NHL Draft as the 17th ranked North American skater on NHL Central Scouting’s Final Rankings.
